ISO FOUNDATIONS
Weekend games don’t build players. Reps do.
You don’t want chaos. You want coaching.
You want your kid to fall in love with the game—and learn how to play it the right way.
Iso Foundations teaches movement, spacing, and confidence from day one.
Because real development starts early.
Let’s build something that lasts.
Don’t teach them to play the game later. Teach them now.
This is where it starts.
Iso Foundations isn’t daycare with a scoreboard. It’s real basketball taught the right way—from day one. Footwork. Balance. Spacing. We slow the game down so young athletes can speed up with confidence.
Most leagues throw 3rd graders into chaos.
We build them with purpose.
No ball-hogging. No cherry-picking. Just structure, reps, and growth.
We don’t teach kids to chase the ball.
We teach them how to move, think, and hoop.

We want to weed out athletes who aren’t ready for what we're offering. If you just want your child to play games with no structured development, there are plenty of other leagues. But if you want your child to learn the game of basketball, grow, and be challenged, this is the place for you.
Practices that matter | We don’t just show up for games; we host sessions designed to teach players skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and—most importantly—understanding how to play without the ball.
Homework for success | Players in Iso Foundations will be expected to work on their skills outside of practice. This means keeping a ball at home and working on assigned drills, like shooting, so they are constantly improving.
Teamwork and IQ | The game is about more than scoring. We teach players to understand their role on the team and how they can impact the game, even when the ball isn’t in their hands.
-
Our approach is about developing a winning mentality, where every player understands the importance of working together toward a common goal: winning games as a team. It’s not about individual glory—it’s about contributing to the success of the team.
Basketball is more than scoring | We challenge players to think critically about how they affect the game in different ways—whether that’s through defense, passing, positioning, or hustle.
Preparation matters | We teach that winning doesn’t just happen on game day. It’s the result of effort during practice, skill development at home, and a commitment to constant improvement.

With the endorsement of former NBA All-Star Joe Johnson, the Iso Foundations program benefits from a deep understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest levels. Joe’s involvement ensures that our program isn’t just about participation—it’s about developing athletes who will have the tools and mindset to excel in the future.
Joe and our team bring the knowledge and structure of professional basketball training to youth players, setting the stage for long-term success. When your child is part of Iso Foundations, they aren’t just playing in a league; they’re learning from the same principles that helped NBA players like Joe reach the top.

We know that many youth leagues focus solely on games, but Iso Foundations is about more than just the scoreboard. It’s about preparing young athletes for success in competitive basketball. We challenge the status quo because we believe that youth sports should be about learning, growing, and developing skills that will serve players throughout their lives.
If you’re looking for a league that teaches the game, builds character, and sets your child on a path to long-term success, then Iso Foundations is where they need to be. We’re not just offering another game—we’re offering a foundation for the future.
